Liquidations Online principal Tom Rodewald is a Chartered Accountant and Accredited Insolvency Practitioner with many years experience.
Liquidations Online utilizes bank approved trust accounts.
No fee is charged for an initial up front consultation.
The Liquidatons Online approach is to work closely with directors and shareholders as experience has taught us they are often the best placed to maximize returns and to ensure liquidations are completed on a timely basis.
Liquidations Online is happy to liquidate companies with no assets on the basis a fixed fee is agreed up front . This fee will cover some time but also covers necessary disbursements such as newspaper and NZ Gazette advertising.
Our aim is to take as much stress out of the situation as possible and ensure the best possible result is achieved on a timely basis.
